  I had a split HVAC unit installed by another contractor, and unfortunately, the finished work was very unattractive and lacked the clean, professional appearance I expected. The exposed installation really took away from the look of the room. Ross came in and completely transformed it. He took something that was an eyesore and made it look clean, polished, and much more aesthetically pleasing. His attention to detail and pride in his workmanship were immediately noticeable. Ross cared about how the finished installation actually looked in my home which made a huge difference. I truly appreciate a professional who is willing to come behind someone else's work, identify what can be improved, and take the extra time to make it right.   Ross helped with nuisance tasks around the house like replacement of weatherstripping, painting and fixing doorknobs that don’t stay shut. Thank you for your help!!

  Ross did an amazing repair job on my sheet rock, door trim, and molding in the entrance from my garage to kitchen and laundry room.

  Woody was on time and introduced himself. Spent a little time talking to Patty and I. Then we showed him what we needed and he went to work. The first time he came he could not finish everything, so we planned another appointment. Today he came for another 4 hours and finished some items not on the first list. He does very good work and I will find more things for him to help us with. We are happy we found him through Ace Hardware. We have a list of what they can do for us so I will see what will be the next project.
