Good pricing and good quality windows that look excellent and are well-backed by the company. I opted for the basic white vinyl double hung windows throughout the house and they look excellent (they are the double-payne glass, not triple). The only thing I might say would pertain to silicon products used on the inside of the windows (I think it's silicon, based on appearance). It does look good, yes, but the inside corners of the frame look like they should have been cleaned or painted if necessary prior to sealing them up on the inside because silicon is not paintable and once its over the top of dirt, dust or discoloration, it cannot be cleaned further. That said, if I am correct about it being silicon, it is over an edge where white windows meet off-white trim that was a bit dusty, so I may have to strip the silicon off in order to repaint the window frames but I had already been thinking I needed to repaint them. My fault for failing to research a little further or ask more questions before the install date arrived. I'm sure they would have been more than happy to have given me a wealth of information and I could have done it in advance, at least partially. Anyway, for others to have the knowledge I lacked, inside trim and all that will remain intact when the windows are installed, so if anything like that is needed, it would be best to take care of it before the windows are replaced. I've done a few windows over the years but all from inside the building, so trim was removed and reinstalled in my case, then painted and sealed (I always used paintable caulk) after that. Our old windows at the new to us house had a weird height strip of wood across them at the place they opened before someone painted them all closed before we bought it, so that left an area that will need to be stripped and sanded before painting the trim around that, but it was part of the old windows, like I said, so when they went bye bye, so did the annoying wood bar. If perfection is desired with appearance, that's going to be the cost for me, unless I just replaced all the inside trim, which I'd prefer not to do due to a lack of time at the moment. Anyway, I am pleased with Window World quality and everything but I am somewhat displeased with my own overlooking the obvious and not asking them to hold off on the interior sealant. If you want good quality windows, excellent and friendly workers and the best window warranty I've ever heard of for a very reasonable cost, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. I would simply advise you not to be like me and you ask any questions that could potentially cause you to have issues or confusion later.
