  My sales experience has been wonderful so far. Christian was on time for my appointment. I have three different porches on my old house and I knew I wanted to enclose one of them, but I wasn’t sure which one would be the best option. Christian spent hours touring the house with me, explaining the potential details and costs of each area. Finally, when I felt ready to choose a project, he then spent additional time going over the specific design, creating a mock up on his laptop, and making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. A couple days later I was called by a coordinator to schedule a visit from the measuring team. They returned to take detailed measurements of my 100-year-old stucco patio with custom arches so they can fabricate all the metal and glass to fit perfectly. They also helped me make a small adjustment to my design because I had decided I wanted two sliding windows, one at each end of the room, instead of fixed glass all the way around. I can’t wait to see the finished result and share before/after photos!

  Justin Showed up to our house on time and ready to work. He provided us an excellent assessment. Understood our wants and needs and made sure we had a clear design of what was wanted. Even made sure to reach out to get additional questions answered. Very accommodating and professional.

  Justin from the Augusta location was very knowledgeable and showed great customer service in showing the materials for a potential patio for our home. He provided realistic view of what the patio would look like virtually and gave us an idea to work with. He was very professional and provided great information.
