We needed a Natural Gas line hooked up for our grill. I called a couple places and no one would help until next week. They came out on a Saturday right away. David was very friendly, professional and willing to explain everything and get our grill up and running. My husband just got home from 4 months in the hospital and all he wanted was to grill. CLS Plumbing made that happen! Thank you!

Job was NOT finished! It was left UNFINISHED! No one notified us that parts were not obtained. Had to call a second plumbing group who are now in the repair process. Initial plumber lacked professional appearance. I would not recommend CLS Plumbing based on my experience. As a result, they missed the opportunity to replace our hot water heater as well. Thankfully, not charged for what plumber tried to do and couldn't.

I cannot recommend the folks at CLS Plumbing highly enough! We had a pipe rupture in our kitchen, and of course it happened on a Saturday. I contacted several plumbers (some that we had used previously and others that were recommended to us), but I either got no response or was told they could not make it out for an emergency repair. Having seen their trucks around, I decided to try my luck with CLS and Lisa answered within a couple of rings. After explaining the situation, and the urgency to get it resolved, Lisa told me that they should be able to get someone out to us that day. She took my information and said she would confirm that someone was available and get right back to me. We got off the phone at 3:39 and at 3:40, I had a text confirming that Phillip would arrive between 4 and 5. Better than arriving by 5, the repair was finished before 5. Phillip has 30+ years of plumbing experience and it shows! He quickly determined the issue, what was needed to correct it, and worked efficiently with his counterpart (Milton) to execute the plan. During the repair process, he explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, and also kept up a steady stream of conversation. His competence, care, honesty, and friendliness turned this nerve wracking experience into something much more pleasant. Unfortunately for us, this pipe ruptured because of its poor quality, and we will need to redo all of the plumbing in the house at some point. Fortunately for us, we now know that we can trust CLS to take care of all of our plumbing needs. Thank you Lisa, Phillip, and Milton for coming to our rescue!

Needed kitchen faucet and tub spout replaced. Milton came by next day and replaced the faucet that I had purchased. The tub spout was an issue due to bad workmanship from company that installed it when house was built. Phillip, owner, stopped by the next day and had to cut the tub spout off in order to replace the new one. CLS Plumbing gave me a flat rate quote and the invoice was for the exact quote. Recommend CLS Plumbing.
