  I can’t even begin to understand why Mauldin has 3 stars on here. People in this area just cannot be pleased. This town is definitely of the people who saw Jesus walk on water and said, “oh it’s because he can’t swim!” Mauldin trash service never misses. Customer service ✅ friendly drivers ✅ small-local-family run company ✅ I can’t say enough good things. This review is a direct representation of this town and its inability to ever be pleased. Please do not be fooled — MAULDIN is the only trash service we would ever consider. They are like family and we are not just a number to them. They value their customers.

  Never had any issues in all our years of service. They are kind and courteous and my wife worked in customer service for over 25 years so she holds high expectations and they have never let us down.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (if I could give more, I would) Mauldin Trash Service is, without question, the best trash service I have ever had. We have been customers for over three years, and they have never missed a pickup. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find (especially in this town), Mauldin continues to go above and beyond in each and every way. One of the things that means the most to me is how personal they are. Every year, they send a hand-drawn, hand-signed Christmas card signed by their employees. It may seem like a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about the kind of company they are—a local, family-run business that genuinely cares about the people they serve. They put a Bible verse on every piece of mail that they send out and it’s the little touches like that, that really stand out to me. Their customer service is absolutely unmatched. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I called and asked if I could get one of their pink trash bins because my sister is a breast cancer survivor. Not only did they say yes, but I had a pink bin sitting in my yard the very next day at no additional charge. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me and is something I will never forget. Any time I have ever had a question or needed clarification about something, I have received a prompt, friendly response. I remember one occasion when I was waiting for a new checkbook to arrive in the mail and was concerned my payment might be a day or two late. I called simply to let them know I fully intended to pay my bill, and they were incredibly understanding and gracious. Instead of treating me like an account number, they treated me like a neighbor, a friend, a family member. Their drivers are courteous, professional, and respectful. They help keep our neighborhoods and community clean, and they do their jobs with excellence day after day. We rarely think about trash service until something goes wrong, but with Mauldin, everything is handled so reliably that it gives us one less thing to worry about. What stands out most is that Mauldin doesn’t just make you feel like a customer—they make you feel like family. Their integrity, consistency, kindness, and commitment to serving their community are evident in everything they do. There is a verse in Scripture that says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” That is exactly what Mauldin Trash Service reminds me of. They take pride in their work, serve people well, and operate with a level of care that is increasingly rare today. We are incredibly grateful to have them in our community and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re considering trash service, stop looking and call Mauldin. You won’t regret it. We are/will be lifetime customers!

  I love this company & I have been a customer on/off for awhile now. I've moved from my address 3 times, allowing others to resume services in my name, who left a unpaid bill each time. Mauldin never gave me any problems with paying the bill & getting service back. The ladies in the front were welcoming & quick to get my account situated. I've dealt with Wesley the past 2-3 weeks regarding 3 roll-offs... Wesley was exceptional during each experience. Wesley kept me updated on any additional fees that may occur regarding weight limits, the items allowed (although I was informed 100 times already, but kept forgetting), and made the whole process easy without any additional stress. During one incident, the roll-off got filled up quicker than expected. Wesley didn't recieve a notice but he still quickly emptied the dumpster, which prevented additional costs & aggravation for me since the workers at my house could continue working. My husband (former officer) even complimented Wesley's driving skills... Wesley looked like a pro & always somehow managed to get the big truck and huge roll-off into a small driveway, on a small road (literally no room at all for errors) in his first try. I'm pretty sure the traffic even thanked Wesley, since he was such a pro & did it so quickly. Wesley even dealt with the issue of vehicles blocking the dumpster (extra small drive) but he still remained professional. Wesley always updated a few minutes out, so I could get the cars moved before he arrived. Thank you Wesley for going over & beyond!! & thank you Mauldin's!
