  I thought I knew enough about flooring to complete a simple project myself. I am extremely glad that I stopped into the store in Duluth. Their knowledge of flooring g saved me from tremendous mistake. They patiently walked me through the steps of my project and helped me pick the right flooring and materials. So glad I chose them!!

  Business name was a little confusing as they are a flooring store, but we were there for their advertised 5 gal. buckets so all was well and these were priced the best we could find. Salesman was friendly and helpful ... even carried the buckets to the car for us!

  Our sales associate Kumba was a great help with our home floor renovation. We hit a couple of snags but she jumped right in and rectified the situation.

  Had a unique problem and Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about potential solutions and what he thought would work best. Showed me some different options and while I didn’t purchase anything I would go out of my way to come back as he was fantastic. Thank you Brandon!

  Today we went into the Duluth,Ga location and met the salesman Mike. He introduced himself and so did we. Everything was well. He explained the displays as they were set up. We were attracted to the ad on TV and the website which there was a sale ending on March 17, 2026. So we picked out two samples and the salesman started to write up some estimates. As we were doing this process, we had picked a flooring in our budget. So Mike started and heads to the flooring we picked out. This flooring had a sales sticker on it that read 20% off, and so he calls over a coworker and speaks to him. Mike heads back to us and tries to break some bad to us stating that the sales price was missed labeled (basically false advertising). So he says he can't sell us the flooring at that price but could give us 10 percent off. The flooring was 1.19 on sale but 1.49 regular price per square feet. I ask to him to honor of the advertisement. So I basically said to him that for good customer service relations he should honor the price for the mistake that was made. His offer was to give the flooring to us at a price of 1.29. I insisted that it be the sales price that was posted. He refused. So me and my spouse asked him was that his final decision and he said yes. So we left the store. In my opinion this was a mediocre display of customer service and professionalism. I think they should have honored the posted price. Also, I used to be a salesman in retail and this was a common tactic used to get a customer to buy right away or to up sale another item, to which I felt like he was doing just that. Unfortunately we didn't make the purchase and felt like he tried to take advantage of us.
