  I called Lumber Liquidators in early January to "start thinking" about hardwood flooring for my LR & DR. I choose LL because they were one of the few commercial businesses highly recommended by This Old House. I met Brandon over the phone. Speaking with him I realized he knew his woods, and the conversation went so well when I finally decided to start making selections, he's the only person I called. He did not let me down. I selected Brazilian Koa - a very hard wood. I thought this would be a good match for my furnishings. He sent me home with samples and when I put them up against my buffet, my decorator said - "that's it - a perfect match"! I called Brandon, he put the order in and we got moving. He called me to say I'd be getting calls for the wood delivery and the installation appointment. That's when he said, "Donna, do not be surprised if the wood is lighter than you expected, remember, it will darken naturally". I have that experience with my bathroom woods - unfinished cherry is considerably darker than when first installed. Well, I wasn't surprised - the wood looked gorgeous as soon as the installers emptied the first case. Installation went beautifully, everyone was so respectful of my home and furnishings. I couldn't be happier! I want to thank this company for giving me exactly what I dreamed of - an easy care flooring that looks terrific with my "funky and formal" furniture! I'd reference this business to anyone needing new wood flooring - they have a huge selection including exotic woods which you don't always find. Thanks, LL!

  I thought I knew enough about flooring to complete a simple project myself. I am extremely glad that I stopped into the store in Duluth. Their knowledge of flooring g saved me from tremendous mistake. They patiently walked me through the steps of my project and helped me pick the right flooring and materials. So glad I chose them!!

  Business name was a little confusing as they are a flooring store, but we were there for their advertised 5 gal. buckets so all was well and these were priced the best we could find. Salesman was friendly and helpful ... even carried the buckets to the car for us!

  Our sales associate Kumba was a great help with our home floor renovation. We hit a couple of snags but she jumped right in and rectified the situation.

  Had a unique problem and Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about potential solutions and what he thought would work best. Showed me some different options and while I didn’t purchase anything I would go out of my way to come back as he was fantastic. Thank you Brandon!
