  Things have really changed over the years with this company. I used them in the 1980's and it was good service. Now, in 2016 the customer service is horrible. You call the office and they want you to call the sales rep. The sale rep never responded after 2 weeks. Then I called again and got the name of a new sales rep. Talked with him and scheduled an appointment. 2 hours after the appointment time, I called him and received a text message back stating sorry but another person could help me. Finally talked to a sales rep, who did come out to the house. He said he would write an estimate and email it to me. While I've been waiting over a week for the estimate to arrive. Apparently, they don't want my money. I was going to have two houses done. But, not with this company. If you can find another contract do it. Wilson will waste your time.
