They’re always very friendly and knowledgeable if I have any questions and have always been on time with appointments. Prices were also very reasonable. They also did spray foam in the attic of my home years ago that was well worth it for savings on my energy bill.

They have always had some of the best and courteous customer service we have had in a very long time or find anywhere else. That is a very unique and genuine quality to find in today's time. The service technicians are very polite and knowledgeable and as I like to say are able to "dumb down" the technology part of the job. That, for someone like myself means a lot for them to take the time to make sure I understand and am comfortable with what is happening before they proceed and what to look forward to after the work is done. Also, we have dogs and they are very sweet but some people are not comfortable with dogs so we ask that the technicians give us a courtesy call before coming so we can put the babies up and they have always done this. Just another example of how far their customer service reaches. When they give you a time they are going to be at your house to service your home they are always promptly on time or early. After hurricane Helene we had damage to our home and our units platform and Middle Georgia Mechanical were very flexible with us in getting the much needed services that needed completion done. I give then 10 stars all the way around. Keep up the great work!
