  I recently visited this property to inquire about the homebuying process, including the necessary documentation and steps involved. I made it clear during our initial phone conversation that I was not looking to move immediately but rather gathering information for future consideration. Ben, the sales agent, advised me to meet with him in person for a tour and to further discuss the homebuying process. Unfortunately, my experience during this meeting was disappointing. Ben was dismissive and came across as rude and condescending, speaking to me in a manner that felt more like a reprimand than a professional consultation. I left the meeting feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Given the nature of our conversation and my expectations, I was surprised by this treatment—especially considering that the company already has concerning reviews on other platforms and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, I would advise others to approach with caution and do thorough research before engaging with this company. If you do, consider moving forward i recommend moving forward with an agent other than Ben.

  Kay is an amazing woman to work with. I am a solutions advisor with ADT Security and I stopped in to view the community. Kay was very sweet and professional while taking time out to show me every layout on the property and also pricing a home for myself. She definitely made me feel as if we had known each other for years. I couldn't have met a better person to assist me!
