- TOTammy OrtizOct 8, 20265.0Brandon Byrd was by far one of the best Sales Consultants I have ever worked with. Highly recommend. He made the design, delivery and payment process nearly effortless. 10 of 10!
- BKBrett KrayanekOct 8, 20265.0From the point of sale to installation, everything went incredibly fantastic. I could have not asked for better experience
- NDNick DowneyOct 8, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tuff Shed. I required a custom build not fully available through their on-line configurator, but I proceeded with the submission process anyway, late on a Friday night. Hanna reached out to me early on Saturday, and by 2pm I had the custom design and quote in my hands. The shed arrived *extremely* quickly, and was fully assembled in 1 day. The build quality is excellent and the on-site team were fantastic. Hanna and the folks at Tuff Shed delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Tuff Shed!
- LLLureece LewisSep 20, 20265.0I want to give Kudos to Remy for the GREAT installation. He was friendly, professional and fast. He did a GREAT job. Also, Amanda was my original contact and kept me in the loop through the process. I had a great team!
- SSSherriSep 4, 20263.0I’m giving them 3 stars and here’s why. First Brandon was very very helpful. Placed my order and I had to fly in from out of state to make sure my Tuff Shed got built properly only to find out that Brandon didn’t place the order. I was like oh my God luckily he did it real fast and made it happen. I think this was like I called him a week before anyway he told me he was gonna throw in like this $59 lock for free and take it off my bill of course it never happened and I ended up paying for it. In fact my quote ended up being $68 more than what I was originally quoted. I’m happy with my Tuff Shed. I ordered the wrong size but I had room in my backyard to put it somewhere else. I’m happy with it but for overall experience and over charging I will give them three stars.
