  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt other customers should know what happened. The technician who came to measure the glass was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. I placed my order, paid in full, and was told the glass would take about five business days. When I called to check the status, I was told the glass had arrived, but the earliest installation date was the following Wednesday. Since this is an occupied rental, I simply asked if there was any earlier availability. And when told no, I asked what time they expected to arrive on that Wednesday, so I could coordinate with my tenant, who needed time to request time off from work. Instead of receiving helpful answers, I felt the office staff were dismissive. I was then transferred to the owner, who rather than answering my scheduling questions, said he would issue a refund and then ended the call. I never asked for a refund. I wanted the glass installed. If a company is delayed, I understand. What I don’t understand is treating a paying customer with disrespect for asking reasonable questions. Professional communication and customer service are just as important as the work itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  I could not have better things to say about my experience with Parker & Son Screen & Glass Inc. I used their services several months ago to fit every single window in my house with removable window screens. They arrived to my house on the scheduled date and the schedule time of the appointment, were very courteous and friendly, and efficiently took measurements of each of my windows for custom window screen fabrication. About a week later, I was notified that my window screens had been built to the exact specifications for each of my windows, and a few days after that, each of the window screens were installed without issue. The window screens are of high quality and came at an amazing price! They have been perfect for letting us keep the windows open when we are having great weather here in Atlanta and refreshing the house. Thank you Parker & Son!

  Parker & Son is wonderful, and the team is super friendly. They are helpful, quick, and affordable. After taking my glass pieces home, I discovered that I had made an error on one of my measurements and, when I brought the piece back, they graciously made the change for free on the spot.
