- AKAaron K.Jul 22, 20262.0Buyer beware, I only give them two stars for their price point. For customer service they receive a one. I sent my shaw engineered hardwood flooring label and photo of my flooring via email to them and specifically stated if you can match this specifically then yes I will purchase from you. I received the product and it is not even within 10 percent tolerance of the same variation of what they sent. I then was pushed over to Amber in claims who has done nothing but stall the entire time with my claim. I have 25 boxes of unmatched flooring sitting in my living room. Again, you get what you pay for, in the future I am going to shop locally and stay away from product pushers that don't value service.
