  Don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this is a deserving one. They schedule a time for a repair, don’t show up or tell you they can’t make it several times in a row. Then when you call to tell them, they say they’ll be out the next day and never show up or call. Simple communication goes a long way when someone is at home waiting for someone to show up all day. They are nice enough to talk with, but cannot commit to being on time or even the right day. Based on other reviews, I’m an outlier, but wasting several days of sitting around waiting for a roofer to show up is unacceptable.

  The ridge vent installed made my home hotter upstairs. Another roofing company had to be called out. The vents should not have been suggested in the first place. I already had an existing forced exhaust fan that just needed to be replaced. They then said they could put a different exhaust fan in. It was solar powered and to small for My house. I am now having to get the vents closed and replace the solar fan with a forced fan and replace the original fan that i wanted done in the first place. Response: We did reach out afterwards. Everything that was suggested has not worked. We have had multiple roofers come out and we were told the vents should not have been done. The vents installed are not wide enough for the house and we already have soffit vents we didn't need a ridge vents. The solar fan is to small for the house as well.

  Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. This roofing contractor was sent by ServiceMaster (Rome) to provide a quote for a roof leak. We were presented with two different repair options, both of which we declined and did not authorize. Despite this, an employee arrived unannounced at our property stating, “I’m here to fix your roof.” It appears ServiceMaster mistakenly communicated that we had approved one of the quotes. We immediately instructed him to leave, as no work had been authorized. In addition, he arrived in a small sedan with no visible equipment or materials consistent with even a basic roof repair—no ladders, no apparent roofing materials, and no tools typically required for the scope of work quoted. The vehicle and setup were entirely inconsistent with what would reasonably be expected for starting an actual roof repair job. The worker also attempted to leave behind lumber he had brought in the vehicle, stating he would pay for it himself if we allowed him to leave it. We declined, as we had not authorized any work or materials and were not responsible for any associated costs. Overall, this reflected a serious breakdown in communication and a lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled.

  They installed new gutters on my house and gave it a fresh new look. Great at communicating the scheduling and they were on time. Great experience.

  Had Daine come out and do a drone inspection for a roof leak. They were able to come out the next week and get all of our problems fixed. Appreciate their work!
