  Hunter from Rooter Plus was outstanding! He was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, the repair process, and all of our repair options. He answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. We really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service.

  My experience with rooter plus was awful. Firstly I'd like to state that they seemed very helpful on the phone when they gave the initial estimate they quoted me a price of $150 then stated that that included up to 60 ft of hose and a certain amount of digging if more was needed the price would go up to $250. They gave me a time of arrival between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. they showed up close to 6:00 p.m. then proceeded to tell me that because my septic tank was full I needed a whole new septic system or they could do a septic system overhaul. Even when I insisted on just a septic tank pump they tried to quote me $700 to $800 this is completely ridiculous The tank size was 1,000 gallons. What they do is they quote you a a low price online then make you wait taking your time off work to where you're thinking to yourself I can't really afford to take another day off work and then they quote you double the price of every other company. After further research on rooter Plus I have found that this is typical of them they are without a doubt scam artists

  We had a great experience with David and Rooter Plus. When my mother's septic tank backed up, David came immediately on July 4 (!) to fix it. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kept us appraised of every step of the process and patiently explained everything in detail. He worked very hard all day long and into the night until it was fixed! We are very appreciative of the hard work and great service from David! And the price was reasonable.

  Hunter Kemp provided excellent service! He quickly fixed our clogged toilet and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the issue and offer helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again. I truly appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Hunter Kemp to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

  This company is the bees knees...They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. Starting with Mrs. Maria then followed up by Mrs. Angela. the technicians were punctual and professional. Brad and Jason was very, very informative. They also gave me tips. I really appreciate they coming out on such short notice on the fourth of July. I have dealt with other septic companies and by far RooterPlus is my go to from now on. GOD bless and thank you all again. Happy 4TH!
