  I had a great experience with Rooter Plus! I contacted them regarding a hot water leak, and I really appreciated that they were able to provide a same-day appointment and complete the necessary repairs, including replacing my water heater. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did a great job from start to finish. They explained what needed to be done and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Excellent customer service, quick response time, and quality workmanship. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Rooter Plus to anyone needing plumbing or water heater repairs.

  John Dios was AMAZING at explaining everything to us. We had an A/C clog that became a plumbing issue, and he walked us through the entire process of the mitigation step. I had so many questions and he literally told me everything step by step. I don't think I've ever had someone so nice before in any service I've ever had. He's funny and is a genuine person, not a robot trades person and that's what I really appreciate. Dominique was great too! Did what he had to do and was super nice about it as well. Great company with amazing service. Definitely recommend.

  Having a sewage backup in your basement as you are on the way out is not how you want to start your day. I was in distress and called a few plumbers for emergency repair. While others had no availability for urgent service, citing two days to schedule, RooterPLUS sent out a septic repair person within two hours. After determining the issue was not with my septic system, but instead a plumbing issue, within 45 minutes, they dispatched a plumber. The person assigned knew I was stressed, and demonstrated compassion and understanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through the process for correction, and made recommendations for future considerations. In all, the repair was made with every step thoroughly explained. The technician was extremely professional with a great bedside manner. I would recommend this company unconditionally...

  Outstanding Service from Hunter and Rooter Plus! I manage a manufactured home community that recently had some complex plumbing issues. I called Rooter Plus, and they sent Hunter, who was fantastic from start to finish. Hunter was immediately attentive, interested, and engaged with the concerns I raised regarding our resident's service. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable with both the residents and myself. Rather than just making a quick fix, Hunter clearly explained the root cause of the problem and walked us through service options to resolve it. He worked tirelessly to complete the repairs and successfully restored full function to the home. I am thoroughly impressed with Hunter’s professionalism and dedication. I will definitely continue using Rooter Plus and will be requesting Hunter for all of our community's plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!

  I spoke with Cathy twice last night about a service for today. However, when I called this morning, I discovered that I’m not on the schedule, and they’re clueless about the reason. They offered to add me to the schedule, but I suppose I should have called to check. What if I don’t? I’ll just be waiting for them to never show up? This is incredibly poor service! Septic tank pump service Updated 11:34 I called and asked for a supervisor, but they informed me that they were unaware of the issue. Although I am not currently in the system, they assured me that they could obtain my information and add me to the schedule. This situation is absurd. How can you expect me to call again to attempt to resolve this problem and then send me on the same route?
