  Router Plus sent the shadiest guy to my house. Had to keep calling because needed guy to show up before my bed time (have to work at night). He finally arrives letting me jnow they stopped for lunch first. We have septic risers so no digging is needed. He opens the manholes and immediately says, TWENTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS to dig up and replace drainfield because of oil in tank. There was only two small baseball clumps of oil in what was mostly liquid. Then he tries to argue with me about he knows what he's talking about because he's the pro. Well yeah but I'm also not an idiot. He then says its illegal for him to pump a damaged septic system so I politely told him to close it up so I can call out the professionals. Called Delta and they got to me in thirty minutes, pulled out the clogged filter and watched as the septic tank emptied itself. RooterPlus advertises $250. Their shady technicians will charge you $22000 without even getting their hands dirty. Gonna take time to post reviews on every site I can find about the dishonesty. Tried to charge me $22000 and it was only a clogged filter. Shame

  Robert did an outstanding job! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, but Robert truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy and skilled plumber!

  I had the best septic tank experience ever on 5-13-26! David O'Connor was my RooterPlus technician and his wisdom doesn't match his age - literally. He patiently explained my situation regarding the sewage smell, the cause and gave me a few options to consider to continue maintaining my system which being the original homeowner put my system close to 30 years old. He did a video after cleaning my tank and explained as well as showed me the inside of my tank in real time!!! PRICELESS ❤️ Over my time having septic tank companies service my system, no one has ever taken out the time to explain in simple terms how things work. I give RooterPlus an A+ in all areas especially customer service/care from their technicians - THANK-YOU DAVID!!

  Technician was very polite and professional. He explained the entire service needed and the price, before he did anything . When he finished the price had not changed. This is important to mention, because, in my experience as a Senior , too many times I agree to a price and when the job is complete I get additional fees because………. I’m very pleased with this company and intend to use in the future. Also , the office staff that made appointments was very polite and helpful.

  I used Rooter Plus for a real estate listing I had. I was quoted $275 ($150 for the septic clean out of the 1,000 gallon tank and $125 for the inspection letter), but was told if there were additional charges, I would be told prior to the work being done. The first day they were supposed to come, they got held up at another job and had to reschedule. They did offer to come first thing the next day, but my schedule wouldn’t allow it so they came in the afternoon. I had pulled up the septic map from the public tax records website and showed the worker. He used that to find the tank and dug it up. After he got the lid off he explained to me and the homeowner the way it worked and there was sludge in the tank. My original $275 then jumped to $655! He then had to contact his manager because the septic maps I showed him were from the original and then a repair job and they had differing information so he had to find out if it was ok to do the job how he was going to or if he had to do more. He came back to the tank and explained to the seller and I what all he was going to put on the inspection report and took payment. I had to go, so I made sure he had my correct email address and left. I had to follow up the next day because I never received an invoice or the inspection letter. They immediately sent them to me and that is when I saw that part of the jump in price was a $30 “fuel surcharge” fee that I was not made aware of at any point and $350 for the thick sludge. Most of the other companies I had gotten quotes from started at $500+, but they were upfront with their prices and let me know how much anything additional would cost. I do feel taken advantage of with the price hike being so steep and charging for an item I was never told about. I had to have the job done for the real estate deal though.
