At move-in in October 2024, I did run into an issue with the upstairs system not working. Fortunately, temperatures were mild at the time, but I was still concerned. Gregg Cowan’s team responded quickly, initiated a warranty claim for a faulty coil, and had the system fully operational within 48 hours. As someone experienced with warranty processes, I can confidently say that turnaround time was outstanding. They clearly prioritize their workmanship, brand reputation, and the homeowner experience. Fast forward about a year and a half—we recently reached out for spring/summer preventative maintenance. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us throughout the visit. Even though we hadn’t worked with them long-term before, the level of service gave us full confidence to move forward with an annual service agreement, including fall maintenance. Our first preventative maintenance visit was completed today, and I have no regrets. I would absolutely recommend Gregg Cowan Heating and Air to anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and customer-focused HVAC service.
