  Posting for my retired parents who are now out of money due to this company… BEWARE OF PAYING UPFRON! Requested quote to repair a leak on outdoor deck cover. Grady was prompt about showing up and discussed work to be done. Grady text me next day asked me if I could pay in full he could get me on schedule for next day. I did. They came and did work and still leaked. Called and he came back and caulked. Still leaks. Now I am being ghosted! Paid $1050 and still have leak. getting no response from Grady after several calls. Never use this company again. Wouldn't advise paying upfront either. EDIT TO ADD AS OF 6/16/26 They have refused to do anything further until my review was taken down. I will not remove my review as the leak was never fixed so a warranty job was never needed. We just wanted the original leak that Grady said he COULD fix .. fixed. They are only worried about their money and not the customers. They have deleted the reviews off their webpage that my dad made as well.

  Called company and had Grady come out and look at my leak on back deck roof. We agreed on work to be done and price. Received a email that if I could pay in full he could get me on schedule next day. So I did and now wish I hadn’t. Next rain shower showed leak was not fixed. Called and Grady came back out and checked with water hose and definitely was still leaking. More sealer but still not fixed. Now Im out $1050 and still leaking. Being ghosted now.

  Georgia Unlimited Roofing & Building did an excellent job with repairing my leaking roof. They came out and conducted an inspection and provided a quote and a plan of action. They were extremely reliable and consistent with their work ethics. They did not leave until the repairs were completed and we were satisfied. I’ve had several contractors come out to give me an estimate for the job, but none could compared to the services Georgia Unlimited Roofing & Building provided. Their pricing was very reasonable and their quality of work is outstanding. They will forever be on my radar for future projects and referrals. Thank you Grady Wade and your team for your professionalism and commitment.
