  I have used Vickers for several years now and always been pleased. We started having issues with the upstairs cooling unit last summer and finally had it replaced in November of 2025. The unit has performed great and especially in this years summer heat. Clint came out inspected everything and replaced the filter in the attic. He was very polite and professional. Once again very pleased with Vickers and the knowledge Clint had.

  I'm so content and satisfied I found your office the maintenance was on point knew exactly what the problem was fix the problem didn't try to overcharge me air working good person that came out thank you

  Clint Edwards was extremely helpful very quick very knowledgeable and am absolutely very pleased with his work!!! I highly recommend this company they scheduled me very quickly to get everything taken care of I just called last night they were here this morning I absolutely couldn't believe how fast they came out and how reasonable and helpful they were thank you so much!!!!

  We have a log cabin that is quite a challenge to work on. Our system was not cooling very well and not at all upstairs. Jimmy came out and we discussed options/ideas to make our system more efficient. However when Jessie came out the following week to inspect the system in full, he found some costly fixes were needed. So we all talked (myself, my husband, Jimmy & Jessie) to figure out next steps & options. The team came up with a great fix for all of our various issues. They installed a new central system as well as 2 mini-splits upstairs. Not only is everything efficient, we are now walking around in sweaters when the A/Cs are set on 76 in this GA summer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vickers to anyone having HVAC concerns.

  Craig Vickers was referred to us by our contractor in 2006 or so when we need an HVAC system installed in an new addition that we’d built on our home. Since then, Vickers Hearing and Air is the ONLY H/VAC company that we will use. Over the last 20 years, we had Vickers Heating and Air a new HVAX system the original part of our home, replacing the.heat pump system with a much more efficient system with a natural gas furnace, he installed a new system with a natural gas furnace in the basement, a mini-split in our garage on the main level, and in 2019, we had them install a NEW system, with a natural gas furnace, to replace the first HVAC system that he had installed in 2006. Craig Vickers is the most honest, and most reliable, contractor, of ANY trade, that we’ve ever had the privilege, and the pleasure, to work with. The quality of the work that Craig’s company does, is excellent, the people who work for him, have the same work ethic that Craig does, they are always on time, they work the entire time that they’re here, Craig’s prices are BEYOND fair, and he stands behind the work that he and his employees do. We have referred Craig and his company to our family members, friends, and our friend’s who are business owners, and they all have been so pleased with the work that Craig Vickers Heating and Air has done for them, that they refer him to THEIR family and friends as well. I highly recommend Craig Vickers Heating and Air, to anyone who finds themselves in need of a GREAT, HONEST, and FAIR, H/VAC company… you will be just as happy that you chose Craig, as your H/VAC guy, as we have been, for the LAST 20 YEARS..
