My septic tank is underneath a flower bed and while we removed the plants above the tank the space is still very tight. Gabriel and Isaiah did an outstanding job of hand digging the clean out llid on my tank and pumped my tank without disturbing nearby plants and flowers. I decided to have them install a riser with a lid to eliminate digging during future service calls. The guys did an excellent job in trimming the riser to soil height so the green lid can be hid beneath the mulch that we use in the bed. Prior to leaving, the guys raked out the soil that was disturbed and raked the mulch back into place so that you cannot tell any digging had occurred. I am very happy with their work and their attention to the details.

Bowen’s Septic arrived quickly and worked hard to get the job done right. They found the septic tank, cleared it, and made much needed repairs in a few short hours. The technicians were friendly, polite, and professional. They ensured all issues present and future were addressed in one visit. Excellent technicians and fast service.

When I called they worked with me and my schedule above and beyond. The guys came out and got right to work. There was plenty of opportunities to have charged more for work I potentially didn't need. The guys went step by step narrowing down the possibilitys till they found the issue. I will 100% call Bowen's Septic for any of my issues. Thank you

We are return customers of Bowen's Septic service. There are many septic services available and perhaps some closer to home. However, when you have used someone in the past and they have done excellent work, then that is who you stick with. Bowen's is that kind of company. Gabriel is fantastic! very respectful and conscientious of doing good work. Gabriel installed risers on the tank that in the long run will make cleaning and pumping much more efficient. After the installation, I decided that I wanted the base flanges installed and Gabriel returned and installed them without a fuse. He also made sure the risers were properly seated. I had a flyer from another septic service offering me a discount but as I stated earlier, when someone does excellent work, you stick with them. Shanda, in the office, was also super nice to work with and scheduling the service at a time that was convenient for us. Thank You!

Gabriel and Israel from Bowens Septic were the kindest employees I met when they both came by after we requested service. Rather than explicitly agree to what we requested they both did a quick consultation and assessed the situation. With integrity rather than greed gave resolutions to what we needed to do without charging us. And advised that the service requested may be needed in about 2 to 3 years time. In current times it’s good to know we still have good people in this world. I truly appreciate both of them. Hope Bowens appreciates them too. I highly recommend this Team and Company. Thank You! 🙏🏻
