  I had them come out two weeks ago to do our septic system. They were very professional Quick good team put everything back close gates things like that. Then I had them come out today to fix a spigot in the back of our house had the same experience. Kaden Risner was The technician today and he did a bang up job by himself. Maybe 30 minutes for the job. I know who I’ll be calling in the future for any of my Plumbing and Septic needs.

  Bowen is wonderful. They are responsive and very professional. They make you feel like you are a priority. They came the next day of me calling needing septic tank services. The technician and staff communicated very well with the arrival time. The technician was very thorough, professional, and he fixed my problem. Even though my system is old, he did provide a follow up treatment plan to help prevent further issues. Bowen are the people to call for all your septic tank needs.

  I cannot stress enough how amazing Bowen's Septic and Plumbing has been. I had a very old septic tank that was damaged and needed to decommission it and hook up to the sewer on my street. They helped with communicating with the county to get things done and helped me with all the hurdles they threw my way. Even when the county really dropped the ball and did not alarm us about connections belonging to a neighbor, Bowen's Septic helped so much with communicating with inspectors, getting a new permit, and amending the work schedule. They gave me a very fair price and were wonderful about keeping me updated on what was being done and when. I couldn't recommend this company enough if you have any plumbing, septic, or sewer problems. They're the best!!

  These guys were great! Chad and Kaden came out on a Sunday to run a camera and figure out what to do about a sewage leak in my crawl space. When it became obvious the old cast iron pipe was causing the leak, instead of tearing up the floors in the house Chad found a way to run a parallel line in the crawl space. Not only did that save me the cost of repairing the floors, but saved us the disruption the demolition would have caused. They (along with Grant) carefully dug up bushes in front of the house with a backhoe and pulled up (and replaced) a lot of flag stone so it wouldn't be damaged. When the concrete was poured in the crawl space, it was very professionally done. Chad even made a ledge between the pipe and the wall so nothing would fall down behind the pipe. In addition to their technical expertise, they were some of the nicest people I've ever had do work for me!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience, particularly with the lack of communication and inconsistent information I received. I chose this company based on its excellent reviews and expected a much smoother process. A septic cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday. I received a call from the technician explaining that a tire had blown on the truck, but he said he still made it to my property and believed the septic tank might be covered by concrete. He explained that he didn’t have the necessary tools to verify it and that someone from dispatch would follow up. A few hours later, the office called with a completely different explanation, stating that because of the blown tire, the truck never made it to my house at all. The conflicting stories were concerning, so I exchanged emails with the company to get clarification. Once that was resolved, I was told someone would call Thursday morning and come out with a camera to confirm the tank’s location. At no point was I told there would be an additional charge for this service. Thursday came and went without any phone call. By Friday, I had to reach out myself, only to be told it would cost an additional $525 just to send someone out with a camera to locate the tank. The lack of communication, missed follow-up, inconsistent information, and surprise pricing made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from a company that has been in business for so many years. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
