  Called and they fit me in the same day. Technician (Ezekiel) was very professional and friendly. Gave us insight about the problem and how to mitigate future issues Would highly recommend

  I've been pleasantly surprised by this business and the people that work here. They've been straight up and honest, reasonably priced and Ihelpful with suggestions to maintain the plumbing in my house functioning as it should. I had previously called Dixie and was told my problem was going to cost 10,000.00 to fix. After considering what was said I chose a 2nd opinion and it ended up costing 180.00. I'm older and live with my 85 y/o mother and the way I see it is someone tried to take advantage of 2 older women that don't have 10,000 to pay when it wasn't necessary. I'm grateful to RR for their honesty and integrity and for doing a great job and not overcharging.

  The experience i had with Roto Rooter was amazing. Best service i have ever received. Mrs Jessica was was awesome on the phone and Carlos did a great job cleaning my sink.

  The experience of having your home be unusable for basic necessities is one of the most daunting feelings as a homeowner. I personally cannot thank Ezekiel enough, for going above and beyond what was expected. What was wrong with my home was no simple task, by any means, and the news of just how bad the situation was, kept getting worse. Ezekiel stayed late and worked relentlessly to restore my basic necessities (including working into the night), and as the cherry on top he helped me laugh my way through an exceedingly stressful time. I am incredibly thankful to him and highly recommend his services. Thank you Ezekiel, you're one of the greats!

  My daughter had some drain issues and she called Roto Rooter for an estimate. I met the gentleman at her house for her. I had been reading reviews and kept seeing positive comments about the Technician named Ezekiel. When he arrived, the first thing I asked was his name. Ezekiel! I was so glad he was the one they sent because of all the good things I had read about h. Now I know why his name is mentioned so much in the reviews. This young man is one of the hardest-working people I've ever met. He was polite, professional, got straight to work and did not stop!! He worked until almost midnight one night and only stopped then because his lighting battery gave out. Because of the extensive work required, he had to work over a couple of days. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He made suggestions to prevent future problems. This young man is truly an asset to Roto Rooter! I certainly hope management realizes what an asset they have in him!! Please give this hard working young man a raise!! He represents your company like a rockstar!! If I could adopt him, I would! Lol Thank you, Ezekiel. Also, your Administrative Representative, Jessica, who answers your phone is fantastic!! She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
