My air went out late one Tuesday (9/1) and this was the only company who was able to come out that same evening to check it out. Every other company said it would be Thursday or Friday before they could send someone, but Brian was able to come that same day, and by Thursday we had a new package unit and thermostat installed. He even brought us a portable ac to use until the new unit was put in. The inspector from the city came last week to check it out and his exact words were 'I've never heard of this company, but I'll do an inspection behind them anytime because that installation is impressive and they clearly know what they are doing'.
