- AFAngel Foxworthy3 days ago5.0Jason Barnes came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (a spider had shorted out a contact/switch...it was a crispy critter) and had me back up and running in record time. He was professional, polite, and just really nice to work with. It was super easy to contact their office and they're very responsive as well. All in all I'm happy with Jason's professionalism and his and the office's excellent communication too.
- VTVu Tran4 days ago1.0Bad review. I paid 100 dollars for them to come diagnose my ac unit. After diagnose they told me that I have a bad capacitor and compressor when literally my compressor and capacitor works just fine. And the reason how I know is I had another company came and showed me the capacitor and compressor work just fine and that I need Freon.

- SBSarah Booth6 days ago1.0My business has a maintenance contract. The techs were rude and not supportive, came out multiple times with us being told units were good while they were not cooling the business, during a heat advisory. Worst customer service and a waste of money.
