  They came out and was supposed to fix our tank and lines, well they did that but they also did not tell us we need a ptrap or a vent they hooked all our lines back in without it, so everytime it rains it floods the house with a smell so bad we could not even be in the house. We r having to replace all the c02 and smoke alarms in the house because the air was so bad it keep setting them off. I called and told them about the issue the first time, he said we'll get around to it when we can, so I called again the next day with the smell again because of a hard rain, he said put a vent or ptrap on it. Well ok in my eyes that part of the septic tank and should have been something they fixed not us having to pay a plumber to come and fix. But the worst part of this whole experience was the fact that the owner his self came to my house to tell me to take down my 1 star review. Like I had no choice but to remove it. He said I was bashing his company but all I said was make sure they do the whole job, instead of being a good business man or a good company they decided to come try to strong arm me into taking down my review. I did take the original on down because I felt I had no choice but after speaking to a few other businesses ppl they said keep it up. Ppl need to know how they spoke to me and how he showed up and my house I have videos of the entire situation.

  Can not thank this company enough! Presented them with an unusual issue and they were on-site two hours later! Billy was super knowledgeable and Carol, the admin, was incredibly helpful! Great job!

  Excellent company, with great work! I would highly recommend them! Septic pumped and pricing was excellent along with very nice friendly man along with the lady who took the appointment down.

  Had 50 year old septic drain field lines replaced by Chris. Had another less experienced company quote the job for over double Chris's price. Needed this done as quickly as possible and his team was quick to have drain field replaced. Will continue to use him in the future!
