  Eduardo came out to our house and did a full inspection checking our a/c system. Was extremely nice as well as very knowlegable and gave us great advice on our a/c. Also presented us with a detailed written 79 point full HVAC system evaluation.

  We bought a new house less than three years ago and due to improper installalation we had severe heating and cooling issues Conner came and spent over 5 hours working to get us up and running. We highly recommend Absolute Climate Control and will be requesting Conner gor the other repairs needed for or HVAC system. This young man is a true asset to your company and it was a pleasure to work with him.

  The technicians showed up in the time window that was given and both guys showed respect as they started the job. They worked together nicely and stayed until the job was completed and running correctly. I recommend Team Charlie. Thanks Absolute for the great work!

  We had an excellent experience today with Jakob McDonald from Absolute Climate Control Htg and AC. We had a claim on our AC unit and Jakob provided excellent service, called 1 hour ahead and was on time for our appointment. He advised his findings and made effective repairs with parts available on his work vehicle. It was a once and done experience and we would recommend Jakob and this company for future HTG and AC needs.

  My first scheduled experience with Absolute Climate Control and if technicians like Justin are the standard then my patronage will continue in perpetuity. Justin was communicative and thorough in the most efficient and courteous manner, and made sure I understood the substance of the process from start to finish and even the follow-ups. He exuded and provided professional competence throughout, while providing clear explanations, supporting evidence, and advice. I definitely received value from the call even beyond my expectations (which are high!). He was thorough throughout and very knowledgeable and thoughtful from the heads-up arrival notification to my potential needs in the future. I’m very impressed with Justin and what he exemplifies in my now-contractual position with ACC!
