- FNFloy NicholsJan 6, 20232.0NEVER USE GRANTS: If you ever have a plumbing, heating or electric problem do not call GRANTS in Chatsworth GA. Every time we have had them out here we have had to get someone else to fix the problem. This last time Grants came out they charged us 245.00 for running their mouth without fixing anything. Then when they could of fix the problem in 2 hours. They put it off until the following Monday so we had to go without water from Thursday until Monday (5 days). We were told by the locals that had been here forever. The first problem was calling GRANTS for anything. Never call a company that claimed they can do everything. The only reason my husband called Grants was, because the other plumber could not get her by Friday. Well Grants came on Friday and did nothing. Never use Grants.

Everyone at Grants seems so nice from the moment I called and left a message. They got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule. They fixed the busted pipe wonderfully and they are very reasonably priced. I will be calling Grants for any plumbing or electrical repairs without question.
