  We had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. Professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done right the first time. What really stood out was their fairness and honesty. You will not meet better people in this business. Pricing was straightforward with no surprises, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing right by their customers. They will not upsell you on something you don't need.

  Rapid Flow fixed a leaking plumbing line in a commercial office building I bought last week (water heater safety relief line). They did the repairs for the previous owner the day before closing. Upon closing and taking ownership I got a good look at their work and Rapid Flow’s fix was to cap the discharge line on the domestic water line pressure relief!!!! The building has no other safety means to protect an over pressurization. THIS IS AGAINST PLUMBING CODE!!! I called the owner and he said because it has another plumbing violation, he felt it was ok and felt no obligation to protect his Georgia Master Plumbers license and said he’d fix it per code if somebody paid him to do it the right way. As a licensed General Contractor myself, my response would be “LET ME FIX IT IMMEDIATELY” to protect by business, my name and license. Not Jeff, he kept referring to the fact that the existing violation was there instead of taking accountability for HIS work. In short, a non-restricted Master Plumbing license holder installed plumbing against code, got caught, wants more money to make it right…which they failed to do the first time out…They got caught because I’m a commercial GC and Mechanical Contractor and know the code. How many installs have they worked on and violated code, but didn’t get caught because the owners don’t know the code like I do?

  I had a hot water heater that quit working and several neighbors recommended I call Rapid Flow Plumbing. Jimmy came out and repaired it in no time. He was very efficient and such a nice person. I will call Rapid Flow for any plumbing needs and will ask for Jimmy again.

  Very professional. Called, office staff new how to quote prices on water heaters and installation, quoted a price, said install could be done this week. We said ok, they came ,removed old heater, furnished and installed the new, removed and reset our washer, to get to it,furnished and installed the thermal expansion box to get us to now code status,cleaned up everything. Billy and Josh, we're are installers, very well educated in their trade, no hiccups removing or installing. We paid them when finished, even used our credit card on sight, and told them how much we appreciate their company and them, being so professional, and customer service minded. The office thanked us for having faith enough in the company, to be a repeat customer. A rare find these days, thankful for your business, and showing the customer they can do what's expected of them. These guys get an A+ 5 Star rating. And when needed, we will use them again. The office staff also gets that rating, for being professional, eager to help, and knowing their products and pricing.
