  My technician, Thomas Mathew, was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part to complete the repair. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use Moody Heating & Air Conditioning again. I highly recommend them, their technicians are well-trained, knowledgeable, and fair.

  With it being the middle of summer I was so happy that Moody Heating and Air could send someone out so quickly. I called several companies but they could not schedule me for an appointment on the same day, however Moody had an appointment available today! I booked through their online service which was very easy and a tech called me within an hour and said he was heading my way. He arrived at my home within 2 hours of me booking the appointment! Jay (my technician) was very knowledgeable and personable; he spent extra time explaining everything and went above and beyond to repair my broken system; and to make sure both of my hvac systems were working well (he even got rid of a few wasp nest that had built around my outdoor units) He had us up and running again in a little over an hour and tonight we will have a cool house thanks to Jay!

  Called at 2, blowing cold at 5. I almost didnt choose them because I dont like AI assistants, ("his" voice kept changing tones in a weird way like "he" was calibrating to my style of speaking, just weird), I prefer humans, but decided to trust the reviews. Carter was great, 24yr old, very knowledgeable and confirmed my attempted diagnosis, and was very thorough, will call them to price a new system in the next year or so as ours is close to eol.

  can't say enough about chris at moody. he saved the day. i got another company six months ago to install two new systems. while i thought the company did a great job with the quality of installation (which they did overall), there were two parts of the installation that the last company did that led to a little bit of some condensation down the line in the set and the pvc pipe that runs from the attic to the basement. chris was able to identify the issue quickly and even ripped out the old insulation for us, giving us a ton of peace. the technicians at moody are incredibly trained, attentive, and personable and i would highly recommend them for any hvac work you need in kennesaw, ackworth, quartersville, or the surrounding areas.
