  Called at 2, blowing cold at 5. I almost didnt choose them because I dont like AI assistants, ("his" voice kept changing tones in a weird way like "he" was calibrating to my style of speaking, just weird), I prefer humans, but decided to trust the reviews. Carter was great, 24yr old, very knowledgeable and confirmed my attempted diagnosis, and was very thorough, will call them to price a new system in the next year or so as ours is close to eol.

  can't say enough about chris at moody. he saved the day. i got another company six months ago to install two new systems. while i thought the company did a great job with the quality of installation (which they did overall), there were two parts of the installation that the last company did that led to a little bit of some condensation down the line in the set and the pvc pipe that runs from the attic to the basement. chris was able to identify the issue quickly and even ripped out the old insulation for us, giving us a ton of peace. the technicians at moody are incredibly trained, attentive, and personable and i would highly recommend them for any hvac work you need in kennesaw, ackworth, quartersville, or the surrounding areas.
