  Josh was amazing. I called Guardian out for a second opinion after another company quoted me $1,300–$2,800 for a repair without providing any proof. I explained everything to Josh, and he took the time to thoroughly inspect my furnace. He determined that the issue was simply a sensor that needed to be cleaned—no expensive repair necessary. He even showed me pictures and reviewed the area the previous company claimed had a crack, confirming that there was no crack at all. I really appreciated his honesty, transparency, and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to explain things and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend
