  Good experience. 14 windows replaced. Had a couple hiccups but the contractor was honest and took care of the issues. Rare find these days. They did a good job at a fair price. Love my new windows.

  Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Exterior Solutions based on my experience. They replaced six of our windows previously, and from the beginning the experience wasn’t great. One of the windows had to be fixed after installation, and the technician who came back was very rude. We also still have gaps around some of the windows. Recently, my husband called them for another quote, not realizing they were the same company that had done our previous work. They gave us a date and time to come out, but never showed up and never called to let us know they weren’t coming. I understand that schedules change, but a quick phone call or text would have been appreciated. Between the poor communication, the missed appointment, and the issues we had with the original installation, I won’t be using them again.

  Highly recommend this company. Todd helped us get the specialty windows we wanted without breaking the bank. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. We are pleased with our purchase. The windows are great quality, look beautiful, and were affordable.

  Had Windows put in my house by Todd with Exterior Solutions fantastic service Very professional order the Windows had them installed two weeks later I highly recommend them
