Highly recommend Kevin! He arrived immediately, quickly identified the plumbing issue, and came up with practical solutions. He explained everything clearly and even helped me communicate the situation to my insurance company. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful during a stressful situation. Excellent service!

Eric did a fantastic job. Came and did a full examination of all my plumbing fixtures (Water heater, sinks, toilets, showers), Flush my water heater and replace my toilets when I pointed out something that needed to be fixed. He was quick with the repair at a fair price. I would highly recommend their services easy to work with knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received from the Senior Technicians, Hunter and Jay. It was such a pleasure talking with both of them as they explained the details of the services rendered in installing my new toilet and water heater. Both were very skilled and represented Deep Dive in an outstanding manner. I told Hunter that his work looked like a work of art. I love those guys. It was wonderful talking with Richard, the owner. I am a very satisfied 😌 customer.
