From the Office lady that answered the phone, the Sales person, installation crew to the windows themselves! The person who answers the phone is very friendly and always answers our questions. The Sales person who came to our house was very knowledgeable about the windows and the entire process. I like the fact that he used to be on an installation crew. He pointed out a way to have one of our “special” windows manufactured that gave more glass and looks great! The installation crew was great! 4 guys that knew what they were doing! I was very impressed! They arrived around 8:30am installed 17 windows plus 2 special windows, cleaned up… including vacuuming under each window and washing all of the windows they installed… and left around 5:30pm. I can honestly say they left the house better than they found it! And they went over each window again and again making sure they didn’t miss anything. The windows are very nice! We choose to go with the tinted glass and no grid. They really make our house look good. Not only do the windows look good but are very sturdy. It’s easy to tell they are quality made with quality materials! We always hear about the A team but usually get the B team. This time we got the A+ team from beginning to end! Recommend Window World to everyone!
