I came with the 'honey do list' - he smiled confidently and said 'yes; I can get all of that done today' 🙌🏽 off we GO! Servicewise technicians have suggested upgrades without being pushy - just pointed out areas of opportunity; 'preciate them for that!👍🏽 Servicewise is a permanent contact now.

I have a ggoofy jacuzzi and couldnt do much with fixing it, but he took the time to figure out what was wrong with it, showed me why 99% of plumbers cant repair it and got me in touch with several companies that could install a regular tub. He could have done like every other company I called and just told me no jacuzzi work. Thank you!!!

I called ServiceWise and was able to schedule a plumbing visit the next day, even though it was after hours when I found out, their system handled it with an automated assistant. They arrived on time, polite. Zeke was here, and took a risk to use his best guess to see if the leak was discoverable quickly/easily digging in my front yard. He was able to do this , and even though he encountered unexpected issues (difficult/old type of pipe), he and his coworker Nick were able to knock it out with up front pricing. It stinks to have to spend money on this sort of problem, but barring the innate cost of this sort of problem, Zeke, Nick, and ServiceWise made it comfortable to say 'yes' to the work.
