  Recently had Will Armstrong tune up our HVAC system. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. Checked and adjusted 2 units and they're running great. I had Green Heating and Cooling install a unit last year and I cannot believe the difference it made with my electric bill. Went from $265 Jul 2025 to $146 Jul 2026 and it has been super hot outside this year.

  We had to replace our entire unit (a very costly and unexpected expense), and I could not have asked for a better team. Mark really took care of us and made us feel like real people instead of just “customers”. He explained all the options in detail and was not pushy at all. If we had any questions, he was a text or call away. The team who came to set up the system was just as great; polite, quick, efficient, and explained the system in detail. We never felt like we were being “sold” a unit or a service package. They also took care of us in the interim when we had no AC in the heat of the summer. Mark personally brought window units to get us through the weekend. We were extremely happy with everything and will continue to use them in the future.

  Green always sends great crew to my home. They are thorough and advise me of options, but are never pushy. We have a service plan with them and we have also hired them for duct and fan cleaning. Green is a top shelf service provider!

  When our upstairs HVAC system finally reached the end of its life in the middle of a Georgia summer, Green Heating & Cooling was outstanding from start to finish. Chuck and Stevie were the first to come out. Both were knowledgeable, patient, and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. But when it became clear the system needed to be replaced, Mark walked me through the options, answered every one of my (many!) questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Green even loaned us two window A/C units for the weekend so my family wouldn't have to endure the heat before Monday morning's install. That level of customer care made a stressful situation so much easier. The installation crew did excellent work and left everything looking clean and professional. Even after the installation, when a condensate drain issue caused the safety float switch to shut the system down, Green responded immediately. Mark answered my call well after normal business hours, calmly walked me through what had happened, explained how the safety system worked, and made sure I had cooling again that very night—all while scheduling someone to come back and help clear out that drain line the following morning. Green Heating & Cooling earned my trust because they stood behind their work, communicated well, and treated me like they genuinely cared about getting everything right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chuck, Mark, and the entire Green Heating & Cooling team. Five stars.
