If you want the highest price possible, these guys are there. They charge double what other providers charge. The work is ok, but not worth their high prices.

Purchased a home where my home inspector found several issues with the HVAC installation. Called several companies trying to find out who may have did the install on this system. One company took my information and looked up the installer on my system and it was Comfort Zone in Canton. I contacted them and asked for a tech to come out to check my duct work as no air was reaching the upper rooms. Home inspector stated part of the issue was ductwork that was left loose in the ceiling and not hooked up to anything. I told her that my home inspector stated there were major issues with the install on my system that they did. The company that came out to check on the system installer for me stated it was one of the worst install jobs he has seen and didn't understand what their installer was thinking. The Comfort Zone employee just stated she was sorry about that, they couldn't do anything about it and they would no longer come out this far. Seriously?
Just beware using any company that will not stand behind their work or will not even bother to investigate issues with a prior job they were responsible for. I was willing to pay for the work to get things right, since they did it for the previous owners, but can't get any help from a company that doesn't care about their reputation or their past work. Interesting that she didn't seem to have an issue helping me until she got my address and looked it up on her system seeing that it was an address where they evidently had issues with their work prior. Then suddenly they don't come back out this way now. BEWARE this company or you may be left hanging after they get their money and run!
If anything changes regarding them I will update my post but I'm not holding my breath.

Landon Crosley was AWESOME! He did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our clogged shower drain in only 15 minutes. He did a few other plumbing tasks, such as check our water pressure and reset the timer. He also asked how our other systems (HVAC) were working. We love Comfort Zone, and have been using them since 2003. Highly recommend.
