  Troy was fantastic! I needed a new compressor on a system that Parker didn't install. Troy made a couple of calls and found out that the original manufacturer warranty would cover the compressor. He ordered it and did the install. Throughout the process, he was honest and up front about miscellaneous items not covered by warranty. He was timely and communication was great. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Chuck Venable

  Very fair price. The installation crew was very thoughtful and made sure to clean up everything and left nothing behind. Very friendly and respectful group of hardworking young men. The owner was pleasant to talk to. I called for a new unit and it was installed less than a week later.

  The team of workers installed our new A/C unit in one day. They worked hard in our south Georgia heat, and finished just before our summer rain started. The price was fair, and the workers were knowledgeable. We're cool and very much appreciate all their hard work. A yearly maintenance program is available also to keep our new unit in top working order. Parker's is an honest family business and we highly recommend them.

  Technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and checked to make sure everything was in order, before they left. Unit was installed in less than 7 hours, with cool down time within reason.
