  Could not be happier with my experience with Tom and Mountain Air. I realized Monday evening that my AC suddenly wasn’t blowing as cold. I got Tom’s number on a referral from a neighbor and texted him Tuesday morning. He had a tech out to inspect and diagnose that afternoon. Tom then got an estimate to me within a couple hours. I fed the estimate into ChatGPT since I know nothing about these prices. Chat told me it was an excellent price. So I approved the estimate and Tom had the replacement install scheduled for the next morning. Install went great, Tom came out himself to oversee and my house was cool again all within 48 hours of noticing there was an issue. I also signed up for a service contract for our units because I was so impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend!

  I've been using Tom and Mtn Air for years. He was recommended to me and I highly recommend them for service, unit replacement and emergencies. I've needed Mtn Air for all sorts of situations and they have not let me down. 5 STARS every time.

  I'm a Realtor and have known Tom Abbey owner of Mountain Air for over a decade. They take care of both units in our personal home and I have referred them to all of my clients who have also been very happy with their services. Here's a story of how I came to call them MY HVAC company. Tom came to our house to inspect a brand new unit that had been installed by another company in our brand new second floor addition. It was summer and the upstairs was incredibly hot. The original installer had been to the house several times to inspect the unit because it was not functioning properly. This guy told me at his last visit that there was nothing he could do and there was nothing wrong with the unit. He mansplained me. I knew something wasn't right. I was referred to Tom by a friend of mine. He came out very quickly and it took him about 2 minutes to discover that the original company has connected 2 heat strips to the air conditioning. Over the years I have experienced so many great things about his service. He will not do anything that is not necessary. He will not upsell you. He will go above and beyond and the last time he worked on a clients home he fixed a leaky window...not in his job description. He and his son Trent and his crew, are THE BEST in Atlanta.

  I had an excellent experience with MTN Air of North GA from start to finish. My outdoor AC condenser fan motor had failed, and Tom was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He quickly helped confirm the correct replacement option, explained everything clearly, and provided a very fair price without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or a full system replacement. The fan motor replacement was completed professionally and efficiently, and my AC is back up and running properly. What stood out most was the communication, honesty, and customer service. It’s refreshing to work with an HVAC company that focuses on fixing the actual problem and treating the customer fairly. I would absolutely recommend MTN Air of North GA to anyone needing HVAC service and will definitely use them again in the future. Five stars all the way!
