  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Mountain Air Buford – Tom and Team I had a great experience with Mountain Air Buford. Tom and his team were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done properly. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend Tom and the Mountain Air Buford team for their excellent service and professionalism!

  Really great experience working with Tom and Tyler. They came out for some HVAC issues, quickly figured out what was going on, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me multiple options to address the problem, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into a particular replacement or short term repair. I got a few quotes from other groups and it’s crazy how different they all communicate and the vast different price structures for new units and repairs. This group made me feel the most comfortable and were the most responsive through the process. It’s refreshing to work with people who are honest, straightforward, and genuinely want to help. Great company to work with!

  Utilizing Mountain Air whom was recommended by my real estate agent as well as multiple individuals in my neighborhood. Main unit stopped cooling sometime early afternoon Saturday. I called for service and was initially told Monday was best but they would look for opportunities to improve if they became available. 10 minutes later I received a call that someone could come by on Saturday as the technician was close by. About two minutes after this message the technician was at my door. Diagnosed and corrected the problem within 30 minutes or so. Invoice was extremely reasonable. Techs were polite and friendly. I was obviously impressed and have since scheduled them for preventative maintenance for all my units.

  I had an older Trane system that was in need of some repairs. I got estimates from several companies for a system replacement , but decided to go with Mountain Air of North Georgia. Their quote was reasonable and the owner, Tom, is actively involved. Their work was fast and efficient. The system they put in very quiet. I like the personal touch that the owner adds to his business. I trust this company to do the right thing, and I can’t say that about many companies. Overall, I am very happy with this company and will continue to give them my business.
