The issue turned out to be quite complex—a tricky loss of 24V signal from the indoor unit to the compressor through a multi-wire cable. This wasn’t a straightforward fix, but the Ambient team approached it with determination and professionalism. They spent several hours troubleshooting and even deployed two teams (three technicians total) to isolate and resolve the issue. Their persistence paid off—the compressor was up and running again. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional coordination and customer care provided by Deanne. From the moment the service ticket was opened through final resolution, she was fully engaged. I initially had a Tuesday appointment but reached out to see if Monday might be possible. Deanne responded on Sunday evening to confirm a Monday morning visit—already above and beyond expectations. Throughout the process, she maintained constant communication via text, including proactive updates—even late in the evening between 8 PM and 10 PM—while coordinating additional resources to ensure the issue was resolved quickly and correctly. Her responsiveness, ownership, and commitment to customer satisfaction were simply outstanding. I’ve worked with many service providers over the years, and I can confidently say Deanne and the Ambient team are a cut above. Highly recommended for anyone needing HVAC service done right.
