We are a retail floor coverings and design store located just outside of downtown Braselton. It is our mission to provide the highest quality products and services in the floor covering and design industry. All of our sales representatives are experienced professionals. Their tremendous knowledge in all types of floor covering for both residential and commercial customers means that you will get expert advice that you know you can trust. We deal directly with the carpet mills and manufacturers, eliminating the middle man and passing the saving on to you.

The folks at White Oak probably wouldn’t admit it because they are too nice, but I am a bit of a difficult customer. I came to them after searching all over the internet and many other local flooring shops, big and small, for new flooring. My wife and I had a bad experience with our last flooring project and we were determined not to repeat. We were very particular in what look we wanted, and I was even more particular about product specifications. Everything changed when I met Jessica at White Oak. She actually took the time to understand our concerns and help us find a solution. She went above and beyond by bringing art supplies and candy to the showroom to entertain our small children while we looked at samples, special ordered samples and personally dropped them off at our house, called vendors on my behalf to answer my over-analyzing questions, and more… all while being super nice and professional, and never once was pushy about making a sale. Just old fashioned customer service. She ended up getting us a great price on a nice hardwood product that looked exactly like my wife's inspiration photos. We are very happy with the results and grateful for all of Jessica's help.

The furniture was moved and replaced after installation was complete. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient and stayed on task. All-in-all, the experience with White Oak was great. And a big thank you to Jessica Bramblett for her knowledge, coordination and support through the entire process.
