  I will start with the positives. My bathroom countertop looks fantastic and the installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. However, the entire process leading up to the installation was a horrible experience. First, and the root cause of the issues, Joy was our sales person and failed to share the complete process and all of the associated costs up front. This led to multiple add on costs and confusion throughout the process. For example, even if your sinks are fine, you will likely need to replace them as they cannot guarantee they can remove them without damaging them when they remove your old countertop. Also, you need to pay for a plumber to disconnect or pay MC Granite to do it. Original price quoted was $100 to disconnect but turned into $200 (one for each sink). Again, a good thing to know up front. Also, you have to pay for a plumber to reconnect your plumbing 12+ hours after the new installation and MC Granite will not do it. The sales person and scheduling are not well connected. When I did share my frustrations with the process, Joy said just go ahead and cancel. She demonstrated zero empathy and zero customer service skills. After Joy confirmed my installation which was tied to a tight window that I would be in Blue Ridge, I learned I had a small balance which I paid, but they said it wasn’t paid fast enough so they had to move me to a day I was flying out of Atlanta. I said I could make it work only if they scheduled me as the first appointment and arrived early that morning. They agreed I would be first and Carlos shared I should expect to have them arrive around 9am. On the day of the installation, I called and spoke with Carlos at 945am when he informed me the crew “got a late start” and would call me back asap with an ETA. After 30 minutes more, I contacted the manager who called Carlos and said he would call me right back. He never called back. The crew arrived at 11am and shared that they were pulled from another job to do my installation. So, first on the list wasn’t the truth. Calling me back was also not the truth. I ultimately missed my flight in Atlanta. For me, unfortunately, honesty, trustworthiness and customer service means everything so I won’t be returning and certainly would recommend anyone needing countertops in Blue Ridge to look elsewhere.

  Thank you so much for your wonderful service at the Blue Ridge location. Joy Buckner made this experience really easy. And I love the color of the quartz and the price was on point.

  Marcos did a great job on installing, was very courteous and answered all my questions. April our sales associate was also very knowledgeable and went the extra mile by having slabs put next to each other to help make our decision. I would highly recommend MC Granite.

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience with this company from start to finish, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, their team was incredibly knowledgeable about the different materials and options available. They took the time to answer every question we had with patience and clarity, and their communication throughout the entire process was prompt, professional, and reliable. What really stood out, though, was how personable they were—it genuinely felt like we were working with friends, which made the entire renovation experience so much more enjoyable. We worked with April (Blue Ridge location) during the selection and sizing phase, and she was fantastic—helpful, attentive, and clearly experienced. After that, a separate team came out to measure and later handle the installation. Each step was seamless and well-coordinated. Before installation, I met with one of the team members to go over the slab layout, and I was so impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. He made sure to highlight the areas of the slab we loved most while skillfully avoiding the few spots we weren’t as fond of. That kind of thoughtful craftsmanship really sets this company apart. Installation day was a breeze. The crew worked efficiently and confidently—it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with our new granite countertops. This company truly goes above and beyond in every aspect. If you’re considering new countertops, do yourself a favor and go with them—you won’t regret it!
