- VSVictoria ShroteSep 12, 20261.0I've been incredibly frustrated with Cycleworks ever since they were taken over by Red Oak Sanitation. I used to love them and their customer service, as well as their reliability, but ever since red oak took over, they often miss pickups, and I've noted that I'm being charged much more than prior.
- CHChuck HenshawSep 2, 20261.0Thinking about about moving back to Waste Management....
- TTTJul 6, 20261.0Missed pickup more than multiple times and difficult to get help or support on phone.
- DKDemonic KingJun 10, 20261.0Inside my sub almost rearend by a cycleworx truck speeding and clearly not paying attention and when looking up cycleworks webside it directs you to red oak sanatation guess new trucks new name same horrible drivers/workers so unsafe for us n our kids with this company on the roads
- BKBrad KeenMar 19, 20252.0Didn't pick up today, by the time I noticed, they were closed with no way to contact them until the next business day. Trash can was out at 5 PM the night before, so no excuses, or at least nothing communicated with us that they were going to miss the pick up.
