  Michael came out to repair a clogged main line. He immediately identified the issue and got to work, he was clearly knowledgeable, and did a great job.

  Mike was an awesome help showing up on the weekend. I had pipes that werent connected properly so waste was coming out in the back yard. The tech who came out to look and give the estimate went ahead and called a clean up crew so the plumbers could do their work. The clean up crew said he'd come the next day and did the work and told me to call the plumber. I called Roto-Rooter and was originally scheduled 4 days from then to get it fixed, but they were eventually able to listen to my concern about not having water for 4 days. Mike is quick, efficient, and professional. The call center needs some help though. Originally wouldnt listen to my concern and was quick to make sure to add on pricing for after hours even though they advertise 24/7 emergency services. Was told it had to be a full day operation and Mike did it by himself in less than 3 hours. Hes an awesome employee and I hope they take care of him.

  Mike was professional and knowledgeable. I think the pricing was ok could have been better for seniors and the warranty could have been at least a year. And return customers should be treated fairly. But hopefully the cartridge lasts at least 10/15 years. I called roto rooter because they were the original installers for both bathrooms years ago.

  Cullen was professional ,friendly and quick to assess problem, show it to me and explained it to me where I could understand. The quote was reasonable and the work was done in under an hour and now I have a access panel! If I ever have any other plumbing problems I will definitely call Roto Rooter again!

  Anthony from Roto-Rooter has been amazing! My wife and I just purchased a house and were having multiple different issues with our plumbing, from hot water not working to our main line backing up and flooding. Anthony was able to help us with all of our issues, and when he wasn't 100% confident on how to proceed he called a second professional out to assist. We have been very very happy with the service and professionalism displayed by Anthony and the whole Roto-Rooter team. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.
