  Though he did not fix the problem but he was able to guide us to call Georgia Power, because it was a problem from the power source.

  I had an excellent experience with Mr. Sparky, thanks to their electrician Stuart. I sent him out to my tenant’s home to address two outlets that had stopped working. Even after confirming that the breaker had already been checked, William took a thorough and professional approach. He quickly identified that the issue was a tripped breaker caused by a faulty power strip—not an actual wiring problem. What really stood out was his attention to detail and integrity. He went the extra step to inspect behind the breaker box to ensure there were no underlying electrical issues and confirmed that everything was wired excellently. Beyond fixing the issue, William took the time to educate my tenant on how to recognize a tripped breaker, how to safely reset it, and advised her to replace the faulty power strip to prevent future problems. He also personally called me to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciated as a property owner. Professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful—this is exactly the kind of service you hope for. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and William for anyone needing reliable electrical work!
