  Allen was a sweetheart! He knew everything about our unit and cleaned it up right. Ya'll get some card readers so he can do his job more efficiently. He's an HVAC professional, not a cashier. I mean that payment should be more streamlined. Allen was wonderful every step of the way. ❤️

  On the 1st. Of July Kevin came in professionally. We talked, I told him what I thought was wrong. He told me he had to check everything to be sure. He had our ac up and running within an hours time. We were miserable before Kevin came now we are so cold, but the air can always be adjusted. Thank you Kevin.

  Calvin and Terry were awesome! Showed up when they said they would, personable, professional and thorough. We’ve used Duggans since we moved to Augusta and have been nothing but happy. If you need an HVAC service, look no further.

  Work was under warranty. Allen was quick and efficient. Diagnosed the issue as a capacity and had the unit cooling within an hour! Allen suggested a better capacitor to allow for an easier start on the compressor that should allow for longer service life. The price was reasonable. All in all it was a good experience with a technician who was personable,well organized and efficient. Look forward to continued bussiness relatinship with this company.!

  I am so impressed with Duggan's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning company! My sister and I aren't familiar with this area as we are from out of state but have a property in SC. My sister called a couple of companies but this company was by far the nicest one. They took the time to help us and listen to us. We felt heard and seen with them, and that's why we really wanted to give them our business because of how they treated us. We felt like we were losing hope trying to find someone to repair our AC but after speaking to Leane for a couple of hours we got everything situated. The crew even went the same day to access the property which was very impressive. They were so prompt and efficient. We even had the new AC installed the very next time and it's up an running now. Thank you thank you thank you Duggan's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning company. We can't thank you enough and we will always remember what you did for us! I would HIGHLY recommend this place if anybody needs their AC repaired! Shout out to Leane for helping my sister and I with this whole process. She seems like she is the glue of the company! She was reaching out to the crew to communicate with them which then she in turn communicated with us. She spent hours with us and just went above and beyond. We had amazing conversations and the hours felt like minutes. We are grateful that someone was patient enough to help us and she just gave such quality customer service. It's very rare to have that happen now-a-days but it was so refreshing to have this experience again. Thank you Leane you truly were a blessing and we just wanted you know that you are absolutely amazing!
