- CWCatherine Wahl2 days ago5.0Calvin and Marcus were the best! They arrived on time and were very nice and professional. Everything was explained and they went out of their way do a temporary fix until our air conditioner part could be ordered and installed. It was going to be about five days before the part would arrive, but someone from Duggan drove to pick it up! Calvin contacted us immediately and came over to install it the next morning. The AC has been great since! We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and great service during this hot August!

Our unit had been running 8–10 hours a day and still couldn’t keep the house at the set temperature, often falling 7–9 degrees behind throughout the day. Kevin was polite, professional, and took the time to listen to every issue I described. He went straight to work, quickly identified the problems, made the corrections, and explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. The difference in our system’s performance is noticeable. Highly recommend his service.

He was very friendly and professional completing every task with care and excellence. We highly recommend Duggan’s and we highly recommend Shumar! He also changed our two return filters and the thermostat battery.

So he provided me with a fair written estimate. So next review will be on the installation team and how (hopefully) quick they get my system swapped out.

This is the second time we've had Calvin and both times he's been very nice, respectful of the house, and does great work.
