  Marc had the tools to test our gas line and got our brand new Generac home generator running. I was beginning to get concerned after spending $40,000+ for a top of the line generator and it didn’t work. And after a protracted installation process, it’s good to know we now are ready for power outages.

  We we pleased with the service provided. We thought we had a problem wirh an outlet but we found out it was the microwave. We were not charged a service fee and the technician was very helpful.

  I had a positive recent experience with Cassell Brothers. I called on a Saturday for issues with one of my toilets. They were able to come out Sunday, which I thought was great, because it's pretty rare to have a plumber come out on a weekend; even the ones who market themselves as 7 days a week. Tristan came out and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. He reset my toilet and did it by himself pretty quickly. He tested everything and also figured out another issue with my tub and provided a recommendation on how to remedy that as well. Last but not least, Matt followed up with me the next day to see how everything went and if I needed anything else. I thought that was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend Tristan, Matt, and Cassell Brothers for all your plumbing needs!
