  I was very pleased with Cassell Brothers services. Tristan came out on a Sunday since I had a clog in my sewer line and used a camera to find the problem and did a cleanout. Then Kevin came and did further evaluation and provided an estimate. Michael and Christian did a great job replacing the part of the line causing the clog and had good problem-solving skills. They left the lawn looking very neat. Everyone involved was very professional and courteous.

  I worked with Cassell Brothers on a water leak issue in a rental house that was difficult to diagnose since it was vacant off and on. Dalton Corley couldn’t have done a better job in helping resolve the issue. 100% honest and very knowledgeable in every possible way.   We recently experienced a major water leak in our home that resulted in extensive water damage. Multiple rooms were flooded, the kitchen floor was saturated, and water was even coming out of the walls. When Dalton Corley with Cassell Brothers, LLC arrived, we initially believed there was a broken water line inside the wall. Dalton immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and performed a thorough inspection of the plumbing system. Rather than making assumptions, he carefully traced the source of the leak and ultimately discovered that the refrigerator water supply line had burst. Because the leak was hidden behind and within the refrigerator area, it was not something we could have easily found ourselves. Once he identified the problem, Dalton quickly isolated and shut off the leaking refrigerator line while allowing the rest of the home to maintain water service until restoration crews could begin cleanup and repairs. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to accurately diagnose the problem prevented further damage and unnecessary work. What impressed us most was Dalton’s professionalism throughout the entire process. He remained calm, courteous, and respectful during what was a very stressful situation for our family. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what had happened and what steps needed to be taken moving forward. Dalton Corley is a true professional and a great representative of Cassell Brothers, LLC. If you’re looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely cares about helping his customers, we highly recommend him.
