  The service men were very detailed in explaining the entire process of our Leach Field, and provided added information as to how to maintain the entire system working properly. Also giving us tips on saving money with the proper products to purchase for the system. Truly professionals at their field, outstanding.

  On July 8th we made a huge mistake we called Stracto Plumbing. On the morning of July 8th we turned on the faucet and the water barely trickled out. We looked on the Internet for Plumbers. We called a couple and Stracto was the one that said they could get a Plumber out within a couple of hours. The plumber that came out was Barry. He told us our well pump was out and it would be $600.00 dollars to replace. We paid the $600.00 dollars. Barry went and got the pump. He wasn't able to complete the job on the same day. He told us he would need to get a camera so he could check out the well. He informed us the well was dry and they would have to drill a new well and it would cost $15,000 dollars. We got the financing approved an were told it would be done in a couple of days. The couple of days stretched to today July 25th. Guess what Stracto Plumbing was a no call no show! We have called all day and have not been able to reach or leave a message for anyone that works for Stracto Plumbing. We are in our 70's and we are having to go fill buckets of water just so we can flush our toilets. We have also had to go to the local truck stop and pay to take showers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STRACTO PLUMBING ! JOSH, Why is it that you will NOT return our phone calls? Yes we did get financing by the company you provided. The finance company will not let us cancel the contract. They stated the cancellation had to be done by STRATCO PLUMBING Also we did not have water after you left. We only had water for a few hours Also. We paid for a pump, a pressure switch, and a tank. We were told that the Water Heater was thrown in for free. That was also a lie. We were charged for the Water Heater. There were was not a thing wrong with our water heater. Oh and by the way I live here. I tried to pay the $600.00 with my Credit Card we were told by your office that it had to be in Calvin's name. The question still remains as to why you the owner will not speak to Calvin. Oh by the way you need to come get your junk off of our property. I have contacted local news stations to come out to check out the work or should I say lack of work you performed. You have been paid over $15,000 dollars and we are still without water. You must be so proud of yourself for SCAMMING and EXPLOITING SENIOR CITIZENS.

  Highly recommend. I was amazed how quickly the job was done and great workmanship. Copper line and control valve replaced behind refrigerator. Most older homes are copper with no turn off valve within reach . After Lowes refused to hook up new frig. Called STRATCO WOW job done quickly. Amazing organization professional skills no fooling around. Will not hesitate to call for future work. Barry was very informative and eased any anxiety that comes from plumbing issues. He also inspected other areas that need future repairs. I trust his assessment. Plumbing issues no sweat when you reach out for STRATCO
