  Being fairly new to the Douglasville area, I found it difficult to find reliable companies to service my home. Upon a reliable recommendation, I tried PV Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I wanted someone to come in and check out the air and heat units, that have been running nonstop since I bought my home. I didn’t want any surprises. My technician, Darren, from PV was very thorough in his evaluations, recommendations, and servicing for my HVAC system. I was very pleased with the service and timeliness PV provided. I would recommend them to others , and will continue with them in the future.

  HVAC went down late Saturday night. The lady that answered the phone got me on their schedule for Sunday morning 8 -10 window. I heard from Hung Wong at 7:30 AM with a text and a call stating he was on his way to my home. He arrived in the time he said and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He explained everything in detail, and was very professional, and courteous! I signed up for their maintenance agreement and looking forward to having my furnace maintained in a few months. Thank you Mr. Wong for getting everything up and running properly.

  Matt and Ahmad were amazing and absolute pros. They are great problem solvers and great communicators. They worked with agility and with great care. Our old system was a doozy of a contraption (fairly large 40+ year old furnance wedged into a tight space), but Matt figured out how to solve all the small problems and ensured that the new system fit, functioned, and blessed us with cool air. A friend pointed us to PV after he had a good experience with them with an AC replacement, and I'll certainly do the same if anyone I know needs AC work done.

  I have met five different reps at PV over my time working with the company and here’s my impression: they are consistently professional, on time, easy to talk to and clearly engaged with their work—they take pride in what they do. They explain things clearly and they also listen well—they give priority to recommending what truly fits the need, not what they want to sell. Last but not least, their prices are reasonable, and they’re experienced with state rebate application processing. What else could a person need? I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience with PV Heating & Air from start to finish. I have worked with a number of HVAC companies over the years, this one by far was the most professional, customer service-focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. I live in a very old home that naturally has a lot of air leakage. Most companies would have wanted to plug and play our old system out with a new system of the same size, but Josh (PV consultant) realized that we actually needed a larger system than we previously had, and that additional return vents would improve the air circulation in rooms that had struggled to cool and heat properly since living here. After the work was done, I was so impressed about how well our home was cooling and actually holding the temperature better - best we’d ever experienced in this home. I was also very impressed with Tim and Jose, who installed our system and new ductwork. They were very courteous, respectful to our home, and explained what they were working on. They also go out extracting mini-split work by again in the attic. Jacob also helped with that prior to installation by identifying the problem and solution. The biggest, most pleasant surprise was that during installation we experience heavy rain. I thought they would have to pack up for the day, instead they popped open a large tent outside and umbrella to continue working. That’s dedication! I also appreciate Josh and Dustin installing window units in our bedrooms prior to installation. Our installation date was four days out, and we would have to continue without AC in another hot Alanta summer. This was of no additional charge to us, by the way. I was so happy to finally get a good nights rest in cool air while we waited for our installation date! All in all, this is an excellent company to work with, and I’m so glad we decided to move forward with them for our HVAC system replacement.
