  We have used PV for years. They maintain our A/C and furnace, installed a mini-split system in our downstairs, and replaced our main level full system in 2021. All of their employees are well-trained, clean, and on time. We scheduled vent cleaning last week and were really pleased by the thoroughness and quality of the work! Tayvion and Hugo spent 5 hours cleaning the vents and it was an intensive process and the before and after photos were impressive. Highly recommended.

  Installation of a new heat pump system: I had an outstanding experience with PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing from start to finish. My experience actually started well before the installation. The first service technician, Hung who came to my home on the same day I called, carefully diagnosed the issues with my old system, identifying both a failing control board and a recurring refrigerant leak. He clearly explained my options, answered all of my questions, and, most importantly, gave me the time and space to make my decision without any pressure. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. That same day, the project manager, Josh, performed a detailed load calculation and carefully evaluated my home’s insulation, windows, orientation, and overall cooling needs. He explained that my existing 3-ton system was oversized for my home and presented three different replacement options based on his analysis. He thoroughly explained the advantages of each system, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and helped me select the solution that best fit my home and comfort goals. The following day, the installation team members, Jose and Tim, were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful of my home, communicated with me throughout the day, and paid great attention to detail. Even in extremely hot weather, they took the time to complete the installation properly, perform all required testing, verify there were no refrigerant leaks, and document everything before leaving. Their commitment to quality was obvious. I chose a Daikin Fit variable-speed heat pump, and the improvement in comfort has been remarkable. The airflow is gentle and consistent, the system is incredibly quiet, the humidity is well controlled, and the temperature is much more even throughout the house. The upstairs bedroom, which had always been the most difficult room to keep comfortable, is now noticeably more comfortable. I also appreciate the excellent communication, the thorough workmanship, the comprehensive reports and the included two years of maintenance. It’s clear that this company values doing the job right rather than simply getting it done. Overall, in just 2 days, PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing assessed my home’s needs, designed the right solution and completed top-notch installation of my new system, all in the middle of an Atlanta heat wave! Thank you to the entire PV team for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PV. I'll start off with, there will not be a different company I will ever call if I need work done. My AC went died completely in the middle of a Georgia summer heat wave and i have a young child in the house (obviously needed to get it replaced asap) The experience started off with speaking to Olivia, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly helped me narrow down who I needed to speak to. From there I got a call within 5 minutes from a manager named James, same great attitude, same great knowledge. James and I talked for about 20 minutes as he explained all of my options to me. He did not try a single time to upsale me on anything, he walked me through each option, explained them all thoroughly, and helped me pick the best option for me, and even offered to let us borrow a window unit until they could get situated. He then got me set up for an appointment for the next morning (which was incredible because the last company said they were to busy to make it out for 4 days). Then I got a call back about 30 minutes later with news that they had a tec come out and look at everything that same day. Which brings us to Mr. Ro, Ro came up to my house to check on everything about an hour later. He did a look around, inspected everything that needed inspecting, then walked into my 91 degree house and sat with me and went over what exactly I would be getting, and then helped me choose a payment plan that would work best. The contract they provide is a pay to own situation, unlike other unnamed companies who lease it to you until it's paid off and then charge a hefty fee to get out of the contract. As he finished getting everything finalized, my wife and daughter (4 ) walked in and he even had a conversation with my daughter about pokemon cards. The very next day, at 9am is when the tech crew came out to install the new unit (keep in mind every other company said it would be 2 to 4 days before they could attend to us). Kobie and Muzaliwa hopped right out of the car, gave me a super warm greeting, and then got right to work swapping out the system. These guys worked nonstop in heat that went up to 93 degrees, installed the new system, and brought all the outdated things completely up to current spec at no extra charge. Like Ro, these guys also entertained the curious 4 year old and were incredibly sweet to her. I will never go to anybody else from this point forward. I have never seen such an honest company. The new system is amazing, the house feels great, the response times were incredible. From first contact to project completion was less than 24 hours. Thank you to everybody there that helped us.

  I was attracted by the $123 clear any drain or you don't pay offer on the web page. I had a drain that wound up costing over 100 times that amount to fix. After needing to create a 12' by 8'hole to fix, in the front yard, they filled in the hole with a gravel and dirt, and spread it over half of the front yard (will need to have the gravel dirt removed, and the whole yard re-landscaped). They also left a clean out trap sticking up way higher than it needed to be (will have to have it cut). Phoned the office, and sent pictures, and expressed dissatisfaction with the gravel dirt. No one responded.

He was professional, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. > When it came time for the installation, the technicians—Matthew Linka and Ahmad C.—were absolutely incredible. This was a massive job that was scheduled to take two full days, but Matthew and Ahmad worked tirelessly to complete it in just *one* day. They wanted to make sure we weren't left without air conditioning for the night, and that level of care and dedication is hard to find.
