  We've been customers of PV Heating Cooling & Plumbing or years now, and they've consistently exceeded our expectations. From day one, they've treated us fairly, delivered excellent work, and earned our complete trust. We recently called them because our lawn started sinking— thought it would be a quick, minor fix. Instead, they discovered that the old sewer main made of concrete had completely crumbled in multiple spots. On top of that we had to replace the water main. What we thought would be a small repair turned into a massive project. Not exactly what you want to hear as a homeowner, especially in the 2026 economy. But the team handled it with incredible professionalism and care. Trey, David, Logan, Isaiah, Hunter, and Angel were absolutely phenomenal. They patiently answered our endless questions, walked us through every decision, and treated our home like it was their own. You could tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and weren't just digging holes and checking boxes. What impressed us most was how hard they worked and how professional they remained throughout the entire ordeal, even when delivering the bad news that we had a $20k project on our hands. There were many twists and turns with this project, because it's wild what you'll find when digging up someone's lawn and things aren't where you thought the were. But they never rushed us or made us feel like we were a burden. They took the time to explain everything, gave us honest recommendations without trying to needlessly upsell us on anything, and made sure we felt confident in every choice. If you're looking for an HVAC and plumbing company you can trust with your home and your budget—especially when disaster strikes—PV Heating Cooling & Plumbing is it. We're customers for life.

  A big shout out to PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing on the extensive work they did on our HVAC system and Water Heater replacement. From the initial assessment of the situation to the detailed design analysis and work done on site, this team exhibited professionalism from start to finish. They listened to our concerns and developed a detailed roadmap on what they would do and when and stuck to the plan. Great work through and through! Additionally, as a US veteran, it was nice to see them offer a helpful discount on the overall price!

  I had 3 quotes prior to going with PV. PV was a great company to work with! Ro wrote up the proposal and explained everything thoroughly. He notified us about the GA rebate that was able to help my parents afford the new system. David and Jairon did a great job with the install. David took the time to explain things to us despite having a busy install day. Jamie did the QC and was thorough. Overall a great company and will definitely recommend to others!

  The technician, Dakota, arrived for the appointment on time (early actually), did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and was incredibly professional. He was patient when i asked questions and provided responses that were detailed yet easy to understand. He also sent me the video and photos that he took, as well as a detailed written report. Dakota explained the company's process and scheduled my next project manager visit while he was still at my home. The level of service that Dakota provided far exceeded my expectations.

  I just had the best #Warranty experience one can ask for from an AC company. We came out the same day to inspect and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts so they came back first thing in the morning next day to try fixing it. The circuit boards unfortunately got damaged again with the fix due to a solenoid issue where they ordered an expedited the parts to make sure we were taken care of ASAP. And return with the new parts and install them the second they got them. I couldn’t ask for a more reliable company! Thank you for all the technicians that came out and the service team for organizing all the parts so quickly!
