I had a good experience previously with Joe and Cristian this review is not directed towards either of them. Yesterday Phillip came and he charged me a 49.00 diagnostic which I had to call the office because I've never had that before. The front desk lady was super helpful and nice. My other issue was he charged a 429 diagnostic fee. He didn't seem to be clear on what that covered and just rubbed me completely wrong. I felt like he took advantage of me. He seemed confused to were the issue was, my roommate was in the house explained we changed 3 outlets in the other room and he then went to the room were the issue wasn't and took apart the outlet and said oh there's the issue. If it wasn't for my roommate he just seemed like he was not knowledgeable like the others. He was nice but seemed lazy. I was frustrated with the 429 over charge for one outlet and my roommate helping him figure out what the issue was. I am not sure if I will use Mister Sparky again based off my experience with Phillip.
