  We have worked with Great American Floors in Sandy Springs for hardwoods on our main floor two years ago, laminate floors in our basement, and just this week carpet across our second floor. I highly recommend their team. Jason, Rachel, and Raquel, along with their installation team have been great to work with and our floors look great.

  In June 2026, I had Great American Floors replace the carpeting in the condominium that I purchased at the Serrano in January 2026. I wanted wool carpet with felt pad to reduce allergens and increase longevity. I ultimately chose Anderson Tuftex Finesse in Timberline. Their installer had fifteen years of experience, and it looks great. I also really appreciated Great American Floors working with me to submit the necessary information to the Condominium Owners Association. Skip the big box stores. Great American Floors will do it right and for a price that meets or beats them. Cheers!

  Highly recommend Great American Floors! It's a family owned business for many years. The owner, Jason, came to our Roswell home and measured for new wood floors and bedroom and stair carpet replacement. Then we met Jason at his store the next day and he helped us select the floor and carpet colors. There were hundreds of choices and his knowledge and experience made it much easier for us to make the best decision, balancing quality and price. A big concern for me was the underlying squeaky floors which needed additional nailing/screws, as the house is 40 years old. Great American has their own wood floor and carpet installation crews and Jason assured me that they will do their best to try to eliminate the squeaks before the new flooring and carpet is installed. Rachel contacted us and coordinated a convenient install date. The installation crews arrived on time and did an excellent job eliminating the squeaks and installing the wood flooring and carpet. The wood floor crew (Marvin and Elio) and the carpet crew (Issa and James) were courteous, professional and meticulous in their installation. Our wood floor and carpets look beautiful! Great American provided us with needed advice, fair prices, and quality installation!
