In 1992, Atlanta flooring experts Marc Seltzer (father; co-owner) and Jason Seltzer (son; co-owner) founded an Atlanta flooring company Great American Floors.
Jason had recently returned home from The University of Georgia and Marc was in the planning stage of changing his two year old company, American Carpet Distributors, into a full service flooring company. Marc saw the opportunities to expand into hardwood, laminate, carpet, luxury vinyl and hardwood refinishing.

They did an amazing job repairing an area of carpet that was coming up and replacing the threshold leading into our bathroom. The workmanship was excellent, and the finished result looks beautiful and professionally done. They were knowledgeable, careful, and took pride in making sure everything looked just right and was cleaned up in the end. I highly recommend Great American Floors.
