AC just stopped unexpectedly was able to call to get assistance same day. Rep came and checked out my system and did problem shooting with different possible issues. Figured out a few issues and came up with a game plan to address them. Would definitely call them again future issues.

My technician was Chris Cleveland and I could not have asked for a more professional, intelligent, amiable, gracious person. I had many questions and she answered all of them in terms I could understand. Estes is quite fortunate to have her as a member of their staff.

Jared and Byron did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were thorough in execution and took great care of our home while they were here. They paid attention to details down to cleaning up, turning off the lights and locking up the basement when they were done installing the system. Wouldn’t have asked for anything to be done any better than it already was. Thanks, guys!

Estes reached out to schedule an appointment within minutes of my online request. Then they rescheduled giving me a sooner appointment. That was appreciated. Trevor and Jaythan were great technicians. They arrived on time, worked diligently, were amiable and polite. Trevor answered all my questions and provided needed explanations. They troubleshooted difficulties marrying a new AC to existing wiring and the system is working well.

We had a great experience with Estes Services! Lee Steward came out to take a look at our HVAC system, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to check everything, explain what was going on, and make sure the system was working properly before he left. Lee was fantastic to work with, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. He’s easily one of the best HVAC technicians I’ve dealt with. Great service from start to finish, and Estes will definitely be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend Lee and the entire Estes team! And before anyone asks because of the last name - no, I’m not related 😂 Just a very satisfied customer!
