I had a very disappointing experience with DRB Group Georgia, LLC. I entered into a purchase agreement in good faith, paid a $10,000 earnest money deposit, completed the required steps, and applied for financing. After my lender denied my loan, I promptly provided DRB with the lender’s denial letter as required. Initially, I was sent cancellation paperwork to sign for the return of my deposit. After I signed it, the cancellation process was later voided, and my earnest money was not returned. I also incurred additional expenses, including a $650 appraisal fee. Throughout this process, I felt that communication was inconsistent and that my concerns were not handled fairly. I am now forced to pursue arbitration to seek the return of my deposit. My experience has been stressful and frustrating. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from DRB Group to carefully review their contract, keep detailed records of every communication, and understand the dispute resolution provisions before signing

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Cedric Cromer is the best agent at DRB Abbotts Crossing in Conyers. He was patient, highly responsive, and honest — qualities that are increasingly rare in today's business world. He took the time to truly understand our family's current and future needs, which made our home buying experience go smoothly. I highly recommend Cedric Cromer and DRB for all of your home buying needs. DRB, provided unmatched attention to details, usable space and value in the home compared to other builders we visited.

My onsite agent Cedric was amazing from start to finish. He was there for me not even just during business hours, but for anything I needed even after hours. If you are looking for a great onsite agent Cedric is the one.
